Are there any additional costs or fees with the free developer plan?
Yes. Your developer plan includes 100 verifications. If you need more you will pay overages. You can read more about this in your billing section.
Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try us for free for 14 days. Our friendly team will work with you to get you up and running as soon as possible.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Our pricing scales with your company. Chat to our friendly team to find a solution that works for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that things change. You can cancel your plan at any time and we’ll refund you the difference already paid.
Which verifications are included?
You can verify your customers identity or just their age. Each of them will use 1 credit.
How does billing work?
Plans are per workspace, not per account. The developer plan is a solo plan and only include 1 workspace. You can upgrade to our Growth plan and get unlimited workspaces, each workspace will have an independent billing to keep things organized.
If a customer begins a verification process but does not complete it, will I be charged for it?
No. If a user is unable to complete the verification process due to user error or other issues, you will not be charged. Additionally, our system does not involve human reviewers, which reduces the risk of insider fraud.
